FIRST MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

First Maintenance Program ensures that only experts see your vehicle and perform all the necessary service and repairs. All 2019 or newer models come with First Maintenance Program, extending customer service beyond the sale. It includes free basic maintenance, like scheduled oil changes, tire rotations, replacement filters, and multi-point inspections.

MY CADILLAC REWARDS

For those who want to earn points that can be redeemed for Cadillac products and services, consider My Cadillac Rewards. You get points for buying and leasing, as well as paid service. You can use these points for accessories, vehicle maintenance and service, a new Cadillac vehicle purchase, and more.

PRE-PAID MAINTENANCE

Want to set yourself up for success? Consider Pre-Paid Maintenance plans, which help you control the costs associated with maintenance. There's Pre-Paid Maintenance, which includes oil changes, tire rotations and fluid top-offs, while the Pre-Paid Maintenance Plus system comes with a set of manufacturer's recommended maintenance. This includes air filters and cabin filters, transmission and transfer fluid changes, spark plugs, and everything else that you'd get with the normal plan.

ONSTAR ASSISTANCE

Maintaining your Cadillac is easier than ever before thanks to OnStar. You can find an Advanced Diagnostics and 12 complimentary months of OnStar Guidance on most new models. This system can send you an email detailing diagnostic checks on your engine and other key systems, and there's also a Maintenance Alert email to let you know if you need new oil or air in your tires.
