Scheduling was easy. I was greeted and told of my options. I chose the them and the work was done pretty quickly.

Service at H&H is wonderful. Samantha is always great to deal with and very professional.

I don’t normally go to a dealer, but I was going on a long trip and I wanted to make sure things were correct and they definitely found some problems that needed to be addressed. Being a dealer they were little bit more expensive, but it was worth peace of mind. At first I balked , but then I realized my truck is nine years old it’s a little over 100,000 miles and I should expect things to start needing fixed. The customer service was very good and they explained to me what I did not understand. I have also had good experience in the past with them.

The service team at H&H are always very friendly and accommodating. I stopped going to the dealership where we purchased our Acadia from because there was always some sort of unprofessional conversation or actions happening in and around the customer waiting area. The staff at H&H are always professional.

Very pleasant experience. Nobody likes to spend money to get there car fixed, but you made it less painful by telling me exactly what was wrong and what you were going to do the remedy the problem.

Super professional…. Samantha at the desk was so kind and had a great knowledge….. Colin worked on the car and got it done much earlier than expected…. Had a nice loaner car too
