There are so many good things I can say about the service we have received from H&H Chevrolet. My wife and I are very pleased with their service. My wife and I recently brought in both of our vehicles. One being our Chevy Silverado and the other being our Cadillac CTS. Again we were impressed with the service we received. Service personnel are all very nice and helpful. The technicians are also great at their job and take the time to make sure your vehicle is in top condition so my wife and I can drive worry free. Samantha our service advisor has been excellent every time we've been in to have our vehicles worked on. She always lets us know what's going on with our vehicles and gives us updates when needed. Great communication and follows up with the customer. Knowing that our two vehicles are in good hands feels great. We will continue to use H&H Chevrolet for all of our service needs. The service manager plugged a device into my obd which activated the windshield washer fluid pump. He ran my washer fluid reservoir bone dry. It was never ran bone dry in the 18 years I've owned this car. I had to refill the reservoir when I got home because he never replaced the fluid he ran out. I had an alignment service but I never received the before and after printouts with the actual measurements. Front end now has a mild shake at 65mph.
